Marketing Coordinator

  • Develops quarterly business marketing plan in conjunction with quarterly competitive analysis reports. Maintains close connection to competitive market and general market conditions in order to anticipate threats and identify market opportunities on a regular basis.
  • Creates and implements effective outreach program including both professional referral development and community relations efforts. Acts as lead external sales representative by scheduling and conducting outside sales appointments, cold calling, networking, and referral source event planning. Develops relationships with key community influencers.
  • Achieves company sales expectations including sales quotas and conversion ratios for both personal and team performance.
    Leads daily internal sales efforts by effectively converting inquiry calls to appointments, conducting quality sales appointments with prospects/families, contacting prospects to schedule follow-up sales meetings.
  • Implements systems for consistent dissemination of written marketing communication including thank you notes, newsletters, promotional flyers, customized prospect letters, event invitations, brochures.
  • Implements strategic marketing programs including resident referral program and advertising/media campaigns in conjunction with Executive Director.
  • Monitors advertising placement and effectiveness regularly and communicates results with team.
  • Identifies curb appeal and community environmental/aesthetics weakness and opportunities regularly.
  • Provides weekly marketing data and monthly forecast as requested.
     
    Qualifications:    ·       
  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree preferred.
  • Must have successful sales experience, preferably in both internal sales (with customers) and external sales (with professionals).
  • Sales and/or marketing experience in a related industry preferred.
  • Previous management of sales staff preferred.
  • Database management computer skills.
